最近、学校の先生からのご依頼で器楽合奏用に楽曲をアレンジするお仕事もさせていただいています。
先日は〈キラキラ星〉と＜スーパーマリオブラザーズ＞を融合させてほしいとのリクエストをいただいて、きらきら星からマリオの世界へとつながるように考えてみました。
学校にお持ちの楽器、使用可能な楽器、鍵盤ハーモニカやリコーダーの進捗、先生のご意向をお伺いして、子どもたちが楽しめるようにアレンジするのは、とてもやりがいを感じる仕事です。
Recently, I have been working on orchestrating a piece of music for a school teachers' instrumental ensemble. The other day, I received a unique request to blend "Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star" with the theme from "Super Mario Bros."
This work has been exceptionally fulfilling. Orchestrating for the school's available instruments, including the keyboard harmonica and recorder, while considering the students' progress and the teachers' intentions, allows me to create music that the children can truly appreciate and enjoy.
